At J. BALCAZAR we take care of our customers and try to give an exceptional attention to accomplish our commitment to customer satisfaction.

 

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

Please note that proof of purchase presented within 30 days required for an exchange and or returns. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. We will charge a 15% restocking fee in the return items, in manufactured damaged items there will be a complete refund. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable except for damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply. Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we reserve the right to charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.

 

The returned items must comply the following conditions for restock or refund:

 

• Unused

• Unlaundered

• No animal hair

• No stains

• Must be in original packaging & folded the same way you received it

• Pillows and Comforters must not have been taken out of the packaging If we receive returns that do not comply with our above policy, they will be sent back with no credit issued.

 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS MONOGRAMMED/PERSONALIZED ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. These items are considered custom order items and are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable. 

 

 

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Final sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

PRICING /DISCOUNT POLICY

All prices online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

J. BALCAZAR reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the store at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event, you have been charged more than the posted price for a product at J. BALCAZAR please see a Manager for a refund of the overcharge, This refund will reflect changes on sale amount, tax and any applied discounts. J. BALCAZAR reserves the right to change any discounts applied to any order or proposal if the sale doesn’t comply with store policy.

 

 SHIPPING POLICY

J. BALCAZAR Design Inc ships to all 52 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS, FedEx and Ups

International shipping is available through UPS or FedEx only.

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Priority and Express orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day.

Orders shipped through third party or pick up from our showroom is not our responsibility from the moment merchandise leaves our facility. It is the customer’s own responsibility to ensure safety of merchandise.

J. BALCAZAR is only responsible for merchandised shipped through our USPS, FedEx or UPS accounts.
